How do I book a birthday party at Strike Zone?

What is required to book a party?
We require a $53.00 non-refundable deposit. The final party balance will be due in full the day of your party.
What if I'm not absolutely, positively sure about my party's final headcount?
That’s what makes us unique! We do not charge for parties based on the number of individuals, but by the lane. You will decide how many lanes you will need for your party.
How many people are assigned to each lane?
A maximum of 6 people may be assigned to a single lane. To determine how many lanes you’ll need, just divide the total number of guests by 6 (and remember to add an extra lane for any remaining guests). So, for example, if you have between 7-12 people in your party, you will receive 2 lanes for your event.
What times are available for birthday parties?
We have a variety of days and times available for parties. If you cannot find your requested time online, please contact us at 662-893-0530
Do we have to book to have a birthday party, or can we bring or own cake?
A party package must be booked in order to bring in cake.
When should we arrive for our party?
It is always best to have all your guests and yourself here at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. Your bowling lanes will be turned on no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time. Being on time allows for the best service and allows all parties, including yours, to run as scheduled.
Do I have to wear bowling shoes?
Yes! Bowling shoes are made specifically for the sport of bowling. They have special soles on the shoes that allow bowlers to slide when throwing the ball. For your safety, street shoes are not allowed for bowling. Your bowling shoes are included with the party package.
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel? That’s fine. Our cancellation policy allows two options.
We can reschedule your event at a later date or 2. If rescheduling your event does not work out we will apply your deposit paid as a credit to your account for future use be it open bowling, snack bar purchases, or for another party at a later date.
I have small children… we expect to have a lot of gutter balls.
Need bumpers? Then bumpers you shall have! We also have bowling ramps (that are dragons!) available to use during your party. We also provide 5lb and 6lb bowling balls made for our little bowlers. Please visit our front desk to request a light weight ball.
Are we able to stay longer than our party time?
We love if our guests want to stay longer and enjoy our facility. However, your lanes, party table and party host are only available during your party time. You can always stay and play games after your event but your lanes, party table and/or room will be used to accommodate other parties.
What does the set-up/arrangement of the party area look like?
For our basic and deluxe packages your party will be set up on your lanes by our party host. In the deluxe package we provide all your party items you will need such as party plates, napkins, cups, table cloths, and forks. If you purchase the V.I.P. package your party will be set up in our party room with all your supplies and décor needed. If you would like to provide your own themed party goods please let us know when you arrive, so we can set up accordingly.
Where will my guests be eating? Will they be on the lanes or in the snack-bar area?
Our food is served laneside so that you can keep the party going!
What are the food options for a birthday party?
Each party packages come with food. Please see the detailed information in the packages to see what is included. Pizza choices are pepperoni, cheese, sausage. If you get the VIP package you get a second food option of hotdogs or chicken fries.
Can I bring my own food/drinks? How about my own birthday cake?
We would love to accommodate, but, unfortunately, NO outside food or beverage is allowed into the center except for birthday cakes, ice cream (if you chose), and goodie bags to give to your guest as they leave your party. Safety is our number one priority, and in order to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests we cannot allow outside food or beverages into the center. We assume the liability as the sole provider of all food and beverage. With so many of our guests experiencing food allergies we hope you understand. What if I need to add additional food items to my party?
You may pre-order food for your adult guests, but we suggest that you simply let them order off our menu once they arrive. We do not, however, set places for adults at the party table unless they are included in the party guest count.
What if I need to change/edit my reservation after I've already checked out?
In the event that you need to change any details of your reservation after you have booked. You can also call us at (662) 893-0530 during hours of operation and someone will assist you.
Is the birthday child included in the party head count?
The birthday child counts towards the total headcount of your party.
